Sourcing suitable fabrics. Based on the prototype, our manufacturers will commence the search for outer-layer fabrics. Given the significance of accurate colors and patterns, their determination entails multiple confirmations.
Cutting, Sewing, and Stuffing. Once the fabrics are procured, we will cut them into the desired forms, sew the components together, carefully taking into account the internal electronic modules and the design, and animate them with soft white stuffing.
Inspecting and obtaining your consent. Even if a stuffed creation appears splendid, it is not complete until it passes our inspection concerning safety and craftsmanship. If everything is in order, we will dispatch a photo of this new companion to you. To more closely align with your envisioned outcome, we also offer a complimentary round of refinements at this stage.
Our minimum order quantity for custom plush toys is set at 600 pieces, which adheres to the industry norm. Although ordering 2000 pieces or a larger amount is more cost-effective, we recognize that for a new product, it might be preferable to commence with a smaller initial quantity. Nevertheless, if you require a lower starting number, we are still willing to provide assistance. Bear in mind, though, that the prices will be considerably elevated in such cases.

Quality – We can select from a wide variety of plush and material qualities, which can significantly affect the price. We use materials sourced from qualified manufacturers. The fillings are all 100% PP cotton, and the shell for custom plushies is mostly crystal super soft plush.
